Getting Ready to Get Where You Want To Be Begins With Understanding Yourself and Your Body

As a fellow human, I understand how the challenges of daily life, work, relationships, finances and personal struggles can make it difficult to know where to begin in taking steps that will spark positive changes in your health and  life.  As a health and mindfulness  coach and consultant, I am here to listen, support and guide you through your personal healing journey.  As each client, school or organization is very unique, my services and techniques are tailored to you after a thorough initial consultation and throughout our months together. Together we will unravel your own healing power that will help you feel the confidence and support you need to overcome your challenges.  My coaching style is very much focused on bringing mindfulness to all aspects of your life in a very holistic way so you reconnect with the basic foundation of life and your body . I take particular care to help you understand  your nervous system so you can become aware of your biology which is an important part of healing.  As we work together, we will also find the root cause of your ailments and discomfort, whether it is old trauma, emotional issues or holding on to negative beliefs. Your body holds all the answers and together we can ensure it is heard, nurtured and healed.
