Why a 6 month program? 

​

As mentioned above, the body has an incredible ability to heal itself but it does not happen in one day. If you have been dealing with issues for quite some time or are trying to break bad habits or patterns such as negative self-talk for example, it will equally take time, patience, and forgiveness for instance to learn new habits and re-program your mind and get your body accustomed to healthy changes. Our coaching services are not diet plans, we are here to help people transform their lives once and for all so they can then make an impact in the world. By meeting with a health coach twice a month, you receive the support and guidance you need to stay on track and create changes in your life.

Who do we work with? 

​

We only work with motivated people. We will never work with someone who was maybe recommended to us but is not willing or ready to make the commitment to themselves. We could take on those clients but we strongly believe this is not beneficial for anyone. It will end up being a waste of money for the client and a source of frustration for all. 

Therefore, we love working with people who are ready for change and who are open minded to being guided to resources and techniques that will bring back health and wellness to their lives.

Do you specialize in any areas of health? 

​

Hinda loves to support men and women struggling with inflammation and auto-immune issues due to her extensive research and personal journey.  She also likes to support women with hormone imbalance as she has healed herself of several hormone related issues in the past and also supported clients in the same way. As a teacher veteran, she also loves working with families and children. She was always very disheartened to see how food full of sugar and chemicals affected the performance of her students. She is committed to educating families how to nourish their bodies without sacrificing taste and joy.

Leilana specializes in supporting athletes and especially dancers. As a certified plant based coach from e-Cornell, she welcomes anyone interested in transitioning to a plant based diet. As a dancer herself and soon to be certified in Gyrotonics, she likes to support patients with physical fitness and strengthening.

Who do you not work with? 

​

As health coaches, we are careful to stay within our scope of practice. While we have extensive training and education on nutrition, and coaching, we are not medical professionals and cannot replace medical advice. We do not prescribe medications. We do however love to work with doctors. We believe that getting back to health takes a village and we will work in conjunction with anyone else you are seeing. 

However, we may sometimes feel that taking on a client may not be the best fit at that specific time. Maybe they have a serious illness that requires more immediate attention such as severe mental illness. We will always be honest with you and let you know if we can recommend a better alternative for you.

Do you offer discount for your services? 

​

We understand that taking charge of ones's health is a commitment. Our plans are priced very fairly considering the time and commitment that coaching requires. We feel that by committing and investing in our program you will hold yourself more accountable and succeed at making the right changes for your health and wellness. 

We will sometimes offer promotions such as a free initial health consultation or discounts for paying for a whole 6 months program in one payment. We also offer monthly payments for those who cannot pay for a 6 months program in full. 

If you are having a special financial circumstance and feel you are a good candidate for our program, we may try to work with you on a different payment plan or other reduced fee with appropriate documentation.
