HOLISTICALLY MINDFUL
FAQs
Do you offer group consultations or workshops?
Being human is not always easy. We are gifted with a body and mind that help us navigate through life, move towards our desires and hopefully thrive. However, in our society, it can often be difficult to stay true to our spirit, our inner self, we feel pressure to fit into a mold and can become overburdened by responsibilties and expectations. Often times and over time, these pressures can create imbalance in our body and mind, triggering ailments, conditions or diseases. They can even affect our spirit.
The bad news is that this often feels umcomfortable, awful and painful. It is very difficult to find alignment again when we are suffering from an illness, whether it is of the body or mind.

The good news is that there is always hope. The body has a natural ability to heal itself.
At Holistically Mindful, we believe that being mindful, pausing, being observant of our body, mind and emotions can guide us on what steps to take next. We are here to help guide you and support you while you re-align and support your body's ability to heal. We deeply understand how busy doctors can be and that clients need more support to help them feel better. As health coaches, we do not replace your doctor. We compliment the treatment you may be getting by supporting you and helping you implement healthier habits.
