Service Description

Eating healthy and keeping good habits while traveling can sometimes be a source of anxiety: from knowing what food to pack, to how to pack essentials and bringing the things that bring you comfort along with you, to finding healthy alternatives where you are traveling, to learning how to stay balanced and calm when things don't always go perfectly as we would like them to, to balancing communication with loved ones or work while traveling, and anything in between! However, more than ever before, we have access to many resources that can make traveling enjoyable without sacrificing our healthy habits. Using my own personal traveling and trip planning experience along with my mindfulness tools, I will work with you to make sure you have an enjoyable experience while away from home.
